The faculty for this program will discuss alternatives to the traditional corporate holding company structure for private equity investments and the advantages and disadvantages of these alternatives. They will examine the impact of alternative structures on management equity incentive plans, fiduciary duties and other corporate law considerations, add-on acquisitions, liquidity events and other aspects of private equity investments.
