Swiss Banking Rep Sees No Impact on Funds From Tax Deals, Decries Delay on U.S. Accord

GENEVA–The German parliament’s upcoming decision on whether to ratify a new withholding tax agreement with Switzerland is likely to determine whether other European countries follow through with similar agreements, a senior Swiss banking representative said Nov. 21.
