Ex-Penn State Coach Paterno Criticized in Probe

Pennsylvania State University’s longtime football coach Joe Paterno and former president Graham Spanier were criticized by Louis Freeh after an investigation into the school’s sex-abuse scandal.

School officials had “total disregard” for victims, Freeh said in a statement today before the release of his report.
