Par Pharmaceutical Sued by Horizon Over Generic Duexis Drug

Par Pharmaceutical Cos. was sued for patent infringement by Horizon Pharma Inc. (HZNP) over the generic version of the drug Duexis. The suit was filed in federal court in Delaware.
