Lofchie Says Dodd-Frank Creates Model of Uncertainty

June 9 (Bloomberg) — Steven Lofchie, co-chairman of the financial services department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, talks with Bloomberg Law’s Lee Pacchia about provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act concerning the regulation of swaps and derivatives. The rules come into effect automatically on July 16, 2011.
