Record Companies and Musicians to Battle over Copyright Control

Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) — A copyright law provision will allow musicians, including Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, and Tom Waits, to reclaim the copyrights in their works, 35 years after transfer, from record companies.
