YouTube, Viacom Case Could Change the Internet
Dec. 6 (Bloomberg Law) — The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit took an unusual step in a closely watched legal dispute between Viacom and YouTube. The Second Circuit ordered the parties to file post-oral argument briefs addressing the red-flag knowledge provision of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
